Mental health is something that constantly surrounds us, and we all must play a role in taking active steps, big or small, towards change. This is why I wanted to get involved with Action to Prevent Suicide.
I have always wanted to work for a charity or non-profit organisation during my time at University, and so when the opportunity to support Action to Prevent Suicide arose I was eager to be involved.
